Specimen above wash found in sediment washed from stones. Sediment sample collected on an extra low tide at Wherry Rocks, Penzance, Cornwall, 17.05.18.

Numerous specimens found on marine algae and as part of sand mason tubes at Marazion, near Penzance, Cornwall, 10.03.12.

This is an extremely common species which may be ribbed or smooth.
