Specimen found on the north facing edge of a gulley near the low water mark on an extreme low tide, at Swanpool, Falmouth, Cornwall. 09.04.16.

The barnacle, Acasta spongites, sometimes called the Sponge barnacle, which is associated with Dysidea fragilis was also present and frequent in the piece of Dysidea pallescens sampled.
