Numerous female specimens were found on sieving sand at the low tide line in front of Chyandour Rocks, Penzance, Cornwall, 23.06.20. A cheap plastic kitchen sieve was used to sieve the sand.

people find and identify it. Sometimes the difference between species is obvious but many species can only be determined by observing microscopic characteristics that are specific to any one species.
