Specimen featured was found on the roots of seagraas at a depth of 1.0m, at Margarita Island, Porlamar Region, Venezuela, Feb. 2001.

Specimen above was purchased as a reference specimen as the species is a rafting species and may arrive in the UK on flotsam from the Gulf of Mexico and the SE coast of the United States of America.
