A single specimen was found in coarse shell sand under bait used to attract Netted Dog Whelk. The specimen was found in a large sheltered rockpool with a partly sandy bottom on the extreme low water mark at Godrevy Point, near Gwithian, Hayle, Cornwall. 10.09.18.

The species was kindly verified by Cédric d'Udekem d'Acoz, 11.09.18.
