The specimen here was already dead and in very poor condition when found. It was found in debris from crab potting, the prawn was originally caught in about 30m of water off the Lizard, Cornwall.

Identification kindly verified by Cédric d'Udekem d'Acoz. The rostrum is typical for this species.
