Specimen above was caught in a plankton net at Newlyn Marina, Newlyn Harbour, Newlyn, Cornwall, 04.07.17. Specimens iin plankton identified using the book 'Coastal Plankton' by Larink & Westheide.
Adult specimens are commonly found on the middle and lowershore of sandy bays but may also be found in sandy or silty bottomed rockpools, or in sandy or silty crevices between rocks.
