A single specimen was found in an Amathia / Bowerbankia covered large brown seaweed Fucus serratus, Saw Wrack, in an area of high water movement. The specimen was found on algae collected at the low tide mark on a low spring tide at Ashtorre, Saltash, Cornwall, 12.03.22.

Juvenile specimen found in a sediment sample consisting largely of sponges, sea squirts, barnacles, small nudibranchs, nemertean and annelid worms. Sample was collected from the concrete supports of the slipway in the SW corners of Newlyn Harbour, Newlyn, Cornwall. 04.03.15. An orange juvenile was found amongst fouling on a pontoon at Newlyn Marina, Newlyn, Cornwall. 17.05.16.

Larger specimen found at Gillian Harbour, St. Anthony-in-Meneage, near Helford, Cornwall. 07.03.15.
